Experienced FPGA coder - raw image in FPGA conversion to jpeg image in DDR3

Hi! We have a project where we have a raw image in FPGA... We need to convert it to jpeg and move it to memory (DDR3). The board we're using is a Zybo Z7-20 from Diligent. Code is already done to get the image from the camera sensor and the bayer filter..... (Budget: $250 - $750 USD, Jobs: FPGA Coding, Verilog / VHDL)
