Setup CI on CircleCI (build is fully scripted & works locally) -- 2

This job is to set up a CI pipeline for two Github-hosted projects with a very similar set up (miniconda, Python 3.6, Ubuntu LTS, MongoDB, MySQL). The projects each has a local docker build & extensive test suite that works, so the project is a matter of setting up the same builds on CircleCI... (Budget: $250 - $750 USD, Jobs: CircleCI, Docker, Linux, MongoDB, MySQL)
