I am looking to develop something that will allow tracking of hours for my estimators and project managers. I was thinking Access would be a good base but I am open to suggestions. Without going into to much detail it would require the following databases; bids, projects, employees, cost codes... (Budget: $750 - $1500 USD, Jobs: Database Development)
